3Age Verification

• 288wln may request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. If you cannot confirm your age, your account will be suspended pending verification.

4Deposits and Payments

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed before you initiate a transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your playing balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within 30–60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer.
• If a deposit is not credited after the expected window, keep your transaction reference and contact 288wln support. Do not attempt a second deposit for the same amount until the first is resolved.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 288wln are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to deposit, or to a verified payment method confirmed as belonging to the account holder.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 288wln may require identity verification. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.
• If a bonus was active when you deposited, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of that balance is permitted. The specific requirements are shown when you claim the bonus.

6Bonuses and Promotions

288wln offers bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other time-limited promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus terms — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit to qualify, and expiry date — are stated clearly before you claim a bonus. Read these terms fully before accepting any bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288wln. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on 288wln under any identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to exploit games, bonuses, or betting markets.

• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or software bugs. Any winnings generated from a confirmed technical error are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account restrictions placed on your account.

9Account Suspension and Closure

288wln may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• If there are reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used fraudulently or for illegal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as a player-initiated closure with no outstanding bonus commitments), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact 288wln support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and once a self-exclusion is active, 288wln will not knowingly accept deposits or allow play from that account during the exclusion period.

• Personal information provided during registration and verification is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable obligations.
